Orders are printed and packed within one business day. We ship via USPS First Class or Zone A shipping. Flat rate shipping is $4.95 and free for orders over $50.

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at henhouse@redhenpublishing.us within 7 days. We will send a replacement or issue a refund after confirming photos of the issue.

Custom portrait orders cannot be returned unless there is a documented quality issue. We provide a proof step for your approval before print.
